SEB grupės personalo komanda vėl organizuoja didelio susidomėjimo pernai sulaukusį HR in Action renginį. Šiais metais HR in Action’20 komanda suburs personalo valdymo profesionalus, verslininkus bei akademinės bendruomenės atstovus siekiant bendromis jėgomis nuspėti ateities rinkos lūkesčius.
Renginio temą „Darbuotojo ir darbdavio kelionė link ateities: ar dabartinė rinka atitinka ateities poreikius“ pristatys Kristina Astrauskienė ir Andreas Demander.
Ar galime nuspėti naujoves gyvendami nuolat besikeičiančiame pasaulyje? Darbuotojų atsakomybėms nebetelpant į standartinius rėmus, atsiranda vis didesnis poreikis plėsti kompetencijas. Tuo pat metu darbuotojų lūkesčiai dėl darbdavių pradeda plėstis. Kyla klausimas, ar turimi įgūdžiai ir kompetencijos atitinka, o gal jau išeina iš pareigybėms taikomų ribų?
Po pagrindinės sesijos užsiregistravę dalyviai turės galimybę sudalyvauti grupinėse diskusijose minėta tema.

We are excited to announce that HR in Action event organized by HR colleagues at SEB Global Services is going to happen already 2nd time! This year HR in Action’20 will gather HR professionals, business people and representatives from academic community in order to collect wisdom and meet expectations of the future market needs.
Topic of the event ‘’Journey towards future employee and employer: Is market in line with the needs?’’ will be covered by speakers Kristina Astrauskienė and Andreas Demander.
Living in a constantly changing world, can we predict what new features come into play? Job roles are crossing their boundaries and new set of competences seems to be required from employees. Yet the same employees are becoming more demanding towards their employers. Are skills in line or ahead of existing positions and is there an equal demand on soft vs hard skills?
